These terms cover your use of dkrm.club, including the market updates and the free Trading Journal. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Educational only, not financial advice
Everything on Dark Room, including market updates, signals, lessons, analysis and journal statistics, is for education and information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading crypto, forex, stocks and other markets is risky, and you can lose more than you expect. Do your own research and only trade money you can afford to lose. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and allowed to use these kinds of services where you live.
The Trading Journal
- The journal is free for members of the Dark Room Discord who have the Active Traders role. Access ends if you leave the server or lose the role.
- You log in with your own Discord account. Keep it secure, and don't share access or try to reach anyone else's journal.
- What you put in your journal belongs to you. You give us permission only to store it and show it back to you. See the Privacy Policy.
- Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or that you don't have the right to share.
- Keep your own copy of anything important: you can export your trades as CSV at any time.
Fair use
Don't attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the site or its services, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or remove access for anyone who does.
Partner links
Some links, such as the exchanges on the homepage, are referral links, and Dark Room may earn a commission if you sign up. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms.
Our content
The Dark Room name, logo and site content belong to Dark Room. You're welcome to share links to our posts. Please don't copy or resell our content as your own.
No guarantees
The site and journal are free and provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate, available and secure, but we can't guarantee that prices, figures or content are always correct, or that the site will always be online. We may change or stop any feature at any time.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, Dark Room is not responsible for trading losses, lost data or any indirect loss that comes from using the site, the journal or anything posted here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll post important changes in the Dark Room Discord.
